No one knows when the city of Anchorage was created or why it floats through the lonely sky. It drifts aimlessly with nowhere to call home.

The residents of the city could care less about why Anchorage floats and more about how they're going to eat. Food rationing grips the city by the throat, threatening to hold it under the water until it drowns. Yet the city seems to go on.

Crime runs rampant in the poor districts of town and yet it never seems to spill over into Downtown or Old Anchorage. Who watches over these districts? Why do so many of the citizens turn to crime? And why is no one else asking these questions?
